Osaka prefecture is located slightly west of the geographic centre on the main island, Honshu. Although Osaka prefecture is the second smallest in size in the country, it is the second most populous prefecture following Tokyo.

　Hanazono Senior High School is located in the city of Higashi-Osaka, in the eastern part of Osaka Prefecture. Higashi-Osaka has an area of about 60 k㎡ and a population of about 500,000. Our school can be reached after a 10-minute walk south from Higashi-Hanazono Station on the Kintetsu Nara Line.
